General Terms and Conditions
of the accommodation portal www.praga.at

Article I.
Basic Provisions

The Operator operates the reservation portal www.praga.at, through which it intermediates accommodation in the Praga Apartments located in Piesendorf, Republic of Austria.

The Operator intermediates the conclusion of an accommodation contract between the Customer and the owner of the apartment.

Legal relations between the Operator and the Customer are governed by the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of the Republic of Austria.

 

Article II.
Definitions

The Customer is a natural or legal person who creates an accommodation reservation through the Portal.

The Portal is the website www.praga.at.

A Reservation is an electronic booking of accommodation in a specific apartment for a specific period.

Accommodation means the temporary provision of an apartment to the Customer for an agreed price.

The Price of Stay is the final price for accommodation and services specified in the reservation.

 

Article III.
Conclusion of the Contract

By submitting a reservation, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these General Terms and Conditions.

The brokerage contract and the accommodation contract are concluded upon confirmation of the reservation by the Operator or upon payment of the price of stay, depending on the selected type of reservation.

The Customer is obliged to provide true and complete information and is fully responsible for its accuracy.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel a reservation in the event of a technical error, an obvious pricing error, or failure to pay the price of stay within the specified deadline.

 

Article IV.
Price and Payment Conditions

The price of stay is stated at the time of reservation and is final.

The price of stay must be paid in full within 3 working days from the creation of the preliminary reservation.

Failure to pay the price of stay within the specified period constitutes a breach of contractual conditions and entitles the Operator to cancel the reservation.

 

Article V.
Cancellation Policy

A reservation may be cancelled exclusively in writing via email.

In the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation, a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of stay shall be charged from the moment the reservation is confirmed.

In the event of a no-show or early termination of the stay, no refund shall be granted for the unused part of the stay.

 

Article VI.
Accommodation Conditions

The apartment is available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

The Customer is obliged to check in upon arrival in accordance with the Operator’s instructions.

If the Customer does not arrive by 8:00 PM on the day of arrival and does not arrange a later arrival, the Operator is entitled to cancel the reservation without compensation.

The apartment must be vacated no later than 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Late check-out is charged at the price of an additional night.

 

Article VII.
Pets

Stays with pets are permitted only with the prior consent of the Operator.

Pets are not allowed in areas designated for food service.

 

Article VIII.
Final Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions are published on the Portal and are binding for all Customers.

The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Amendments do not apply to reservations already confirmed.

By confirming the reservation, the Customer expresses their agreement with these General Terms and Conditions.
