GENERAL INFORMATION

Communication
You don't have to worry if you don't speak German. With us, in addition to German, you can also communicate in English, Czech or Slovak.

Check-in
You can pick up the apartment key at the reception of Praga Apartments between 16:00 and 20:00. If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange an alternative way to hand over the keys.

Boarding
We serve meals in the form of a buffet. In our Praga Restaurant you can order:

  • Breakfast: €10/person (07:00 – 10:00)
  • Dinner - Soup + main course, salad: €18/person (17:30 – 19:30)
  • Half board: €27/person

We offer a 30% discount for children under 12 years old.
In the main winter season, we serve Pilsner Urquell on tap :).

Parking and charging of electric cars
Each apartment has one free parking space directly in front of the building. Unfortunately, we do not provide covered parking or chargers for electric cars. Please park efficiently and without large gaps.

Smoking
Smoking is allowed only on the balconies and on the terrace in front of the building. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. The premises are equipped with smoke detectors.

Ski room and equipment of apartments
Guests can store ski equipment free of charge in the ski room, where there is also a ski boot dryer. The apartments are equipped with towels, bed linen, dishwashing detergent, sponge, tea towel, Wi-Fi, TV, hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Cleaning during the stay
The apartment can be cleaned or bed linen/towels can be changed for an additional fee. If you are interested, contact the reception by e-mail at info@praga.at.

Local fee
A local tax (tourist tax) is paid in Austria for every overnight stay outside of permanent residence. By law, we are obliged to collect and remit this fee to the relevant authorities. We pay part of the fee to the tourist association and it is used to improve tourist routes and the surrounding area.

AreitXpress Schmittenhöhe: 5 minutes by car

Nearest ski bus stop Fürth Kapruner Straße: 10 minutes by foot

Ski passes
We recommend purchasing ski passes at the ticket offices near the cable cars or online: Kitzsteinhorn Shop. Before the first use, it is necessary to pick up the plastic card at the cash register or in the machine at the cash registers. The ALPIN CARD ski pass is valid in the resorts of Kitzsteinhorn - Maiskogel, Schmittenhöhe and Saalbach - Hinterglemm. Saalbach can be easily reached in high season by ski bus from Schmittenhöhe.
