Time
The Czech Republic keeps the same time as Italy.
National Holidays
As well as the religious festivals it shares with Italy, the most important Czech festivals are on 8 May (Liberation Day), 5 July, the Feast of St. Cyril and St. Methodius, and 6 July, Jan Hus Day; 28 September is Czech Statehood Day; 28 October is National Day (Czech Independence) and 17 November commemorates the Fight for Democracy.
