Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children from 0 to 2 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children from 2 to 10 years are charged EUR 11 per night per person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged EUR 20 per night per person for extra beds. One child under 4 years is charged EUR 8 per night and person in a baby cot. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 6. Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 13 per day.

We are situated in a quiet area, rich in bars, restaurants and public amenities. Behind the palace you will find a famous castle with a large exhibition of pictures and a wonderful Italian-style garden. Wenceslas Square – less than 1 km: Within walking distance, this famous landmark is less a square than a boulevard, featuring a range of shops and a large choice of bars and cafes. Riegrovy Park – 300 metres: Stroll through this park and enjoy some excellent views of the city.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Please note that the hotel offers transfer from the airport/train station during night time at an additional charge. Please note that the private parking has restricted opening hours. In case you need your car very often during your stay, other garages within 400 metres from the hotel can be recommended to you at the reception.

Travel information

Oikes Apartments offer a pick-up service from the airport, the station or the motorway to their office and to the apartments at an additional cost. This service must be booked in advance. You can reserve your return journey when you arrive at the Oikes office in Prague. The office is located on 25, Vlkova street.
