The hotel is housed in a historical building. It has 24-hour reception services and airport transfer. Cleaning is done every 3 to 4 days and bed linen and towels are provided. Premier Apartments Wenceslas Square are within easy walking distance to historical monuments, shopping centres, jazz clubs with live music, restaurants and coffee bars. Prague's 3 underground lines are crossing on Wenceslas Square, making it very convenient to reach all parts of the city. The hotel's Club Oasis City consists of a restaurant and a bar, day care for children, fitness and aerobic classes and a spa centre.

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.
