Please note, if cancelled or in case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and Extra bed

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 80 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

10 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is included.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Breakfast

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate.

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 17 per day.

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

You can find a tram and metro station nearby the Residence. Distance to the international airport Ruzyně is 15 minutes. Santini Residence is settled in a pictorial house from 17th century in Nerudova Street, which used to be a part of the Royal Way. It lies on the left riverbank of Vltava in the neighbourhood of famous Charles bridge, Lesser Town square with its dominating feature, St. Nicholas church, green Petřín gardens, well-known Kampa Island - favourite place of Prague artists and many other unforgettable landmarks of Lesser Town.
