If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 40 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

The well equipped health and fitness centre includes a sauna, a steam bath and a variety of massages upon request. There is a jogging path in the Mrazovka park and tennis courts and a volleyball ground on the Mrazovka Hill, situated right next to the upper building of the executive wing. The courts are available for guest's use daily from 07:00 to 21:00.

Disabled facilities: The whole hotel (except the fitness room and 2 banquet rooms) are accessible for wheelchairs. The hotel also offers 4 specially equipped (beds, bath) rooms for the disabled.

Food & beverage

For guests in executive rooms: Rich, complimentary breakfast buffet with champagne and salmon will be served from 06:30 to 10:30 in the "Il Giardino" restaurant. A continental breakfast is available from 05:30 to 06:30. For guests in superior rooms: Rich, complimentary breakfast buffet will be served from 6:30 to 10:30 in the "Mövenpick" restaurant. Mövenpick restaurant: Open throughout the day, the restaurant offers both international and Czech cuisine, either buffet-style or à la carte. Children are especially welcome and are offered special menus. Every Sunday you can enjoy our traditional family brunch while we take care of your children in our children's corner.
